Hi, I'm Chloé. I run, I own a Garmin, and DotDot exists because I wasn't happy with how it shares my location.
When I go long, my family wants to know where I am. LiveTrack does that, but every run gets a new link, and I had very little say over who could see me and when. I work in law, so I pay attention to that sort of thing.
So we built our own. I decide what DotDot should do. My husband Arthur handles the technical side and sneaks in features for his own races, like a reminder on his watch when it's time for a gel.
We use it every week, training runs and races. One link you keep, you choose who gets it, and privacy settings a normal person can understand.
